Yoga the way it was first taught

Not the gym-class version of it.

Indian Yoga School PH brings the authentic Hatha and Vinyasa tradition of India to the Philippines. Asanas, breath, philosophy and meditation, taught as one practice, not a workout split into parts.

What "at the source" means

One lineage.

Eight limbs.

No shortcuts.

Most studios teach yoga as stretching with nice lighting. We teach Yoga Asanas, Anatomy, Philosophy, Meditation, Pranayama and Mantra Chanting as a single, connected practice, the way it has been passed down in India for generations.

Everything you need to know

Common questions, answered

How much does it cost, and what's the schedule?

Pricing depends on the class type and which teacher training track you choose. Monthly packages are available alongside our 30, 50, 100 and 200-hour courses. Message us for the current schedule and rates.

Do I need experience to start?

No. Classes welcome complete beginners through experienced practitioners. Your teacher adjusts the practice to you, not the other way around.

Can yoga actually help with chronic conditions?

Many students join us managing diabetes, PCOS, PCOD, arthritis, anxiety or digestive issues. Yoga isn't a replacement for medical care, but a consistent practice alongside it has helped many of our students feel steadier in daily life.

Is the teacher training recognised internationally?

Yes. Our training is certified under India's Ministry of AYUSH and recognised by the International Yoga Association and Yoga Alliance, so it travels with you wherever you choose to teach.
